Welcome to B-Aftermarket. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Business-to-Business (B2B) Nature

B-Aftermarket provides liquidation services exclusively for professional resellers and business entities. By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are acting as a business and not as a final consumer.

3. Product Condition: Sold "As-Is"

All inventory (pallets and truckloads) is sold as liquidation stock. Due to the nature of "Raw & Unfiltered" customer returns and overstock, items are sold strictly "As-Is". B-Aftermarket provides manifests for transparency, but cannot guarantee the 100% functionality or condition of individual items within a lot.

4. No Returns & No Refunds Policy

Due to the specific nature of liquidation assets, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests once the merchandise has been dispatched from our logistics center. There is no right of withdrawal (desistimiento) for B2B transactions of this nature.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We provide logistics services within the European Union. Delivery times are provided as estimates. The risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the carrier takes possession of the goods.

6. Taxes and VAT (Intra-Community)

For intra-community transactions within the EU, a valid VAT number (VIES) is required for tax-exempt invoicing. If a valid VAT number is not provided, the local Spanish VAT (21%) will be applied to the total order.

7. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these terms or the sale of products shall be governed by Spanish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Valencia, Spain.
