How long does B2B account validation take?
Once we receive the form with your company data and VAT number, we validate your commercial activity against your country's tax registry. If everything is in order, we grant access to the catalog, downloadable manifests and wholesale prices as soon as verification is complete.
What documentation do I need to provide for onboarding?
We need your company's legal name, active VAT number and business address. After submitting the form, we'll request the official tax registration certificate issued by your country's tax authority (Modelo 036/037 in Spain, Kbis in France, Visura Camerale in Italy, etc.). We only work with registered B2B businesses.
Can I see the manifest before buying?
Yes. Every pallet in the catalog includes a downloadable Excel manifest with ASIN, product title, retail price (MSRP) and quantity per item. ASINs are linked to live Amazon listings so you can audit the content and calculate your margin before purchasing.
Is there a minimum order?
No. We accept orders from a single pallet through your B2B account. For higher volumes we offer preferred pricing on bookings of 5 to 10 pallets and special rates for full truckloads (24 to 33 pallets depending on the lot).
How does the catalog work inside my B2B account?
The catalog is self-service: once your account is approved, you access available stock filtered by category, MSRP value, item count and origin. Each pallet has its own listing with downloadable manifest and applied discount. Availability updates daily.
How is shipping cost calculated?
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on volume, weight and destination country. For high-volume orders we offer full truckload (FTL) bookings with negotiated rates. We cover all 27 EU countries from our Valencia hub with CMR documentation included.
How does intra-community invoicing work?
All our sales are strictly B2B. If your company is registered with an active VAT number in the EU, the operation is invoiced as an intra-community supply with reverse charge: you don't pay Spanish VAT and declare the operation in your country with your local VAT number. We issue invoice and CMR automatically.
What payment methods do you accept?
We work with SEPA bank transfer and Klarna interest-free financing for approved B2B clients. Payment is confirmed before shipping starts. For recurring orders we offer custom payment terms.
How long does delivery take after purchase?
Once payment is confirmed, we prepare the shipment and coordinate with the transport agency. Lead times vary depending on EU destination and volume. You'll receive shipment tracking and CMR documentation in your B2B account.
What happens if a pallet arrives damaged in transit?
All our shipments include transport insurance and CMR documentation. If you detect damage on arrival, note it on the delivery slip and notify us in writing within 24 hours with photos. We manage the claim with the carrier and offer a solution: replacement, partial credit or refund, depending on the case.
What happens if the pallet contents don't match the manifest?
The manifest is generated against verified lot data at origin. In the exceptional case of a significant discrepancy between the manifest and received contents, contact our B2B team with photos of the opened pallet and we'll review each case individually.
Can I receive alerts for new lots in my categories?
Yes. From your B2B account you can activate category preferences and receive email notifications when pallets matching your filters arrive. We also send a weekly newsletter with the latest featured lots.
