What's actually inside an Amazon return pallet?
Every pallet contains a mix of returned items, surplus inventory or liquidation stock from Amazon fulfillment centers. The quantity and category of products varies by pallet. You'll get an Excel manifest with the full breakdown: ASIN, title, direct Amazon link and retail price (MSRP) for every item.
What condition do the products arrive in?
Pallets are delivered exactly as they leave Amazon: sealed and unfiltered. The stock is unchecked and includes new units, customer returns, items with opened packaging and products that may need testing. That's the nature of the model and the reason for the wholesale pricing.
Can I choose which product categories I receive?
Yes. We carry pallets organised by category: electronics, home, fashion, toys, sports, beauty and more. Inside your B2B account you'll see which categories are in stock at any given time.
What's the minimum order?
There's no minimum order. You can buy anywhere from a single pallet to a full truckload (FTL, 24 to 33 pallets). We scale the operation to fit your business.
How does shipping to other EU countries work?
We ship to all 27 EU countries from our warehouse in Valencia. Invoices are issued with VAT under the rules that apply to B2B EU transactions, and CMR transport documentation is provided for cross-border shipments.
Can I return a pallet if I'm not happy with it?
No. Given the nature of the product (unchecked stock from Amazon returns), pallets cannot be returned once delivered. The detailed manifest you get before buying lets you evaluate the contents and make the call with full information.
How long does delivery take?
Lead times depend on destination and availability. Once your order is confirmed and payment received, we'll send you the shipment tracking information.
Who can buy from B-Aftermarket?
We only sell to businesses properly registered in their country with an active VAT number. During B2B onboarding we verify your tax documentation before giving you access to the catalogue and pricing.
